// Service Terms

1. Scope

These Service Terms govern the working relationship between Muhamad Ramdani ("I") and the client ("You") for any agreed web development project.

2. Proposal & Quotes

All price quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issuance. Prices may change after this period.

3. Payment

Standard payment structure:

• 50% upfront deposit to start the project;
• 50% final payment upon project completion and approval;
• Payment via bank transfer or mutually agreed method.

4. Revisions

Each project includes reasonable revisions. Revisions beyond the initial scope will be charged additionally as mutually agreed.

5. Timeline

Time estimates are provided based on the agreed project scope. Delays caused by the client (such as late submission of materials) may affect the timeline.

6. Cancellation

If the project is cancelled by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled by me, the deposit will be fully refunded.

7. Copyright

Copyright of code and design will fully transfer to the client upon full payment. I reserve the right to display the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
